It’s unfortunate that a few can make the many. In a sad case of apparently blatantly abuse of the Family Medical Leave Act an employee actually expected the employer should extend his FMLA leave an additional 30 plus days beyond what was legally required. Not only that, after he was terminated for refusing to report at the specified time he sued!
